Note: Many landlords do not report their evictions or the high risk tenants that leave them stuck with unpaid rental fees. It is important therefore to complete your tenant screening process by contacting a current and perhaps previous landlord to determine tenant worthiness. i.e. did applicant meet lease obligations regarding timely rent payments, adherence to rules and regulations etc. A tenant credit check, a tenant criminal record check and a tenant eviction check are not enough.
