Your NO FEE account can be activated within 30 minutes during business hours. Read the notes below to get started:

How it works:

  1. You must Sign Up to become a member; there is no cost for this. However, there is a membership & confidentiality agreement that you need to review and agree to before you can use the Service. ATS must establish your Identity and your permissible purpose for obtaining Consumer information.
  2. You must provide documents thru our website or by fax as per the membership application confirming rental property ownership and documents that identify who you are before the account can be activated.
    NOTICE: ATS requires documentation in Compliance with Credit Bureau Policy

    • 1- Document for current address

      • Current telephone bill or cellular bill listing your name, your current residence and the number you listed on your application.


    • 2- Proof of identification

      • Clear copy of your valid driver's license or passport.


    • 3- Proof of ownership for the rental property.


      You must provide TWO current documents from the following list:

      • Deed (Must show signatures or notary stamp)

      • Insurance Declaration (Must show policy dates)

      • Mortgage Statement

      • Title or Transfer Papers

      • Settlement Statement

      • Escrow

      • Utility

      • Purchase and Sales Agreement (IF you have just purchased the rental property)

    • (Documents must show your name and address)


    REALTOR must provide ALL of the following documents:

    • Copy of the Listing or Management Agreement which is signed and dated by you and the Property Owner

    • Copy of a valid Real Estate License

    • Copy of a valid Driver?s License or Passport

    • Current telephone bill or cellular bill listing your name, your current residence and the number you listed on your application

    • Copy of a valid Business License and website URL if one exists

    (If you do not have a Business License you may send in your Articles of Incorporation or LLC Documents)

    PROPERTY MANAGER must provide ALL of the following documents:

    • Property Management Agreement which is signed and dated by you and the Property Owner

    • Clear copy of your valid Driver's License or Passport

    • Copy of a valid Business License if applicable

    • Current telephone bill or cellular bill listing your name, your current residence and the number you listed on your application

  3. The turn around time for the reports that you order online is 2-3 minutes and they are posted to your account on the website.
  4. Review the Operating Instructions that you will receive immediately after sign up.
  5. ATS will activate your account when documents are received. If application or documents are submitted after Office hours, ATS will activate you the next business day. Please make sure that your documents are uploaded to our website, emailed or faxed to ATS. Also note that the documents need to show the rental property address and your name (they need to be clear enough so ATS Operators can read them).
    TIP: When photocopying documents, set the photocopier to light, particularly for a Driver's License.
