ATS gives you a summary report and makes a recommendation based on the Applicant's Credit
History.
This report will:
- verify Name, SSN, DOB, and list current and previous addresses which establishes identity;
- give a rating that indicates good or bad pay habits and creditworthiness;
- list Public Records that include liens, judgments, collections and bankruptcies;
- check the OFAC (terrorist) list to keep you compliant with the Patriot Act.
Note: 95% of our 25,000+ Clients choose Option 2, and prefer it because it is straightforward.

Requires a Site Inspection which takes 3-5 business days and is an annual Site Inspection
if your Office is in your residence. If Office is a commercial business then it is a one time
Site Inspection. Cost is $54.00 and would be annually if home office.
Requirements:
- A Realtor from your area who has been certified by TrendSource Business Verification Inc.
will do the site inspection for ATS.
- Criteria (click here) that
all Offices whether Home Office or not must meet to pass the Site Inspection. Please ensure
that your Office meets these criteria before ordering same.
- All Credit Bureaus require all Tenant Screening Services to do physical site inspections
where credit reports are delivered to End Users. End Users=Landlords.

National Criminal Record Search
Check to see if your Applicant has a criminal record or registered as a sex offender. Click on the drop down menu of the Criminal Record Check page to see what information is available in your State.
State Wide Eviction Search
Check to see if your Applicant has been previously evicted. State of residence is searched. Washington DC is not available.
Applicant Verification
Check to see how many times Applicant moved in last two or three years, too many times?
ATS Deterrent & Incentive Forms.
Deterrent form advises of consequences for late rent payments and unpaid rent. Pay habits are reported to ATS. Minimizes risk! Incentive form is a Certificate of Satisfactory Tenancy which tenant receives at the end of tenancy.
ATS Tenant Report from ATS Database.
ATS advises if another Landlord has reported on your Applicant's pay habits.
Ability to report tenant pay habits to ATS.

Tenant Credit Checks have become more difficult for Small Landlords to obtain. The Federal Trade Commission mandated the Major Credit Bureaus to take drastic measures to ensure that Consumer Privacy is protected. This was as a result of several large databases being hacked by Identity Thieves which resulted in Consumer information being misused for fraudulent purposes.
As a result all Tenant Screening Companies and all Resellers of Consumer information must conduct a physical site inspection on each landlord that wishes to obtain a Consumer Credit Report. If you are operating from your residence then it is an annual site inspection.
ATS gives Landlords an alternative and makes the registration process easy:
ATS must act as the screening agent; rate the applicant's Consumer Report and furnish the landlord with an ATS credit decision report. This report also contains valuable information from Lexis Nexis that identifies the prospective tenant. It verifies the name, date of birth, SSN, current address and lists all previous addresses. 95% of our 25,000 plus Clients receive this report. You will know where your prospective tenant has lived and how many times he/she has moved.
